摘要
环境水体中的重金属铬污染备受关注,实现废水中铬的去除是近年来的研究热点。采用静态法,研究了对ZSM-5分子筛吸附Cr(Ⅲ)产生影响的因素,讨论了吸附动力学及共存离子效应,同时结合吸附Cr(Ⅲ)前后的ZSM-5分子筛表面性质,对ZSM-5分子筛吸附Cr(Ⅲ)的机理进行了探讨。结果表明:Cr(Ⅲ)在ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附速率较快,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型;提高阳离子强度和溶液酸度均能增强ZSM-5分子筛对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附效果;常见离子Cl^-、NO^-_3、Na^+、K^+对Cr(Ⅲ)在ZSM-5分子筛上的吸附影响差异不大。
The pollution of water caused by heavy metal chromium has attracted much attention. The methods removing chromium from the polluted water becomes more and more important in recent years. In the present work,the parameters which influenced the sorption abilities of ZSM-5 molecular sieve to Cr( Ⅲ) were investigated through static techniques. The sorption kinetics and the effect of co-existed ions on Cr( Ⅲ) sorption were also studied. Considering the surface properties of ZSM-5 molecular sieve before and after sorption,the possible sorption mechanism of ZSM-5 molecular sieve to Cr( Ⅲ) was deduced. Results showed that the sorption rate was relatively rapid and sorption kinetics of Cr( Ⅲ) could be successfully described by the pseudo-second-order model.The sorption was enhanced with the increase of solution acidity and cation strength.Common ions such as Cl^-,NO^-_3,Na^+ and K+showed inapparent effect difference on Cr( Ⅲ) sorption by ZSM-5 molecular sieve.
