摘要
结合危险废物处置中心项目设计的调查研究,对废水水量、水质和处理工艺、回用可行性进行分析。由于各类生产废水水量不均匀,污染物成分差距较大,处理工艺一定要能适应废水水质和水量变化。处理工艺采用物化处理+生化处理,深度处理采用多介质过滤+超滤+反渗透进行处理,工艺废水深度处理后进行回用,超滤与反渗透浓液去蒸发干燥系统处理,整个系统做到零排放,回用系统进行了用水平衡计算和用水点用水规律分析。此外还就工程实施需要考虑的因素进行了探讨,与同行共享。
In this paper,based on the investigation of the project design of a hazardous waste treatment center,the water quantity,water quality,wastewater treatment technology and feasibility are analyzed. Due to the uneven distribution of wastewater and differences of pollutants,the treatment process must be able to adapt to the water quality and water quantity change. The treatment process uses physicochemical treatment + biochemical treatment. The deep treatment process uses multi medium filter + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis process. The wastewater after deep treatment can be reused. Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis concentrate are used to deal with the evaporation drying system. The system achieves zero discharge finally. Water reuse system needs analysis of water balance calculation,water usage pattern and water supply conditions. This paper also discusses the factors that need to be considered in the project construction.
