稀土电解槽温度场的模拟分析与研究 被引量:13

摘要 以15kA稀土电解槽为研究对象,利用COMSOL软件中的电热耦合模块对稀土电解槽的温度场进行模拟,对稀土电解槽内的温度分布规律进行分析。研究结果表明:稀土电解槽内横向温度分布为圆弧形阳极与其相邻的阴极之间温度最高,阴极与阴极之间温度稍低,纵向温度分布是从上至下先升高再降低。 With 15 kA rare earth electrolytic cell as the research object,its temperature field was simulated by using the electro-thermal coupling module of COMSOL software,and the law was analyzed of tempera- ture distribution in the rare earth electrolytic cell. The results show that the transverse temperature distri- bution in the rare earth electrolysis cell is as follows:the region between the arc-shaped anode and its adja- cent cathode has the highest temperature,and the region between the cathode and the cathode has slightly lower temperature. The temperature rises at first and then declines from top to bottom along the vertical direction of the electrolytic cell.
