摘要
党的十八大以来,全面从严治党取得了一定成效,并向常态化制度化科学化迈进。新时期新阶段党所面临的形势和过去相比,已经发生了根本性变化,全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化也面临着新的挑战。从世情变化来看,挑战主要来自于经济全球化、世界多极化、世界社会主义的发展;从国情变化来看,社会主义市场经济的发展、错误思潮的危害、网络普及化为全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化带来一定的风险;从党情变化来看,党员队伍的壮大、党员结构的变化、党长期执政产生的影响为全面从严治党常态化制度化科学化增加了新的难度。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,an all-round strict party governance has achieved certain results,and is going to normalization,institutionalization and scientification.In the new stage,the situation faced by the Party has changed fundamentally compared with the past,and the normalization,institutionalization and scientification of an all-round strict party governance is also facing new challenges.From the perspective of the changes of the world,the challenge is mainly from economic globalization,world multi-polarization and world socialism.From the perspective of national conditions,the development of socialist market economy,the harm of erroneous ideological trend and the popularization of the Internet bring some risks.From the perspective of the change of Party situation,the growth of Party members,the change of Party members＇ structure and the influence of the Party＇s long-term governance enhance the difficulty.
