摘要 在独立微电网的规划中,在确保满足负荷用电需求并考虑环保性的基础上,对系统容量的优化配置具有重要经济意义。为研究独立微电网容量优化配置的有效方法,以系统运行成本、可再生能源供电比例以及系统功率平滑度为目标,建立独立微电网容量优化配置模型。在子目标权重系数的求取中,结合适应度离差排序法和模糊层次分析法提出了一种权系数综合分析法。最后,采用自适应混沌粒子群算法求取最优解。以某地区示范工程为例,仿真和实验结果表明,使用所提方法优化配置系统容量取得了良好的经济性,可节约成本18.265万元。为独立微电网的容量规划提供了有效方法。 In the planning of an independent micro grid, optimize capacity of system have important economic significance basis on considering meet the load demand and environmental protection. A model is built for the study of effective method to optimize capacity of independent micro grid. It takes system operating costs as well as renewable energy power supply ratio and system power smoothness as objects. When calculate weight coefficient of sub goals, combine fitness deviation sorting method with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process propose a kind of weight coefficient comprehensive analysis method. Finally, using the adaptive chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm calculate the optimal solution. Taking a regional demonstration project as an example, simulation and experimental results show that using the proposed method to optimize capacity of system can save costs 182,650 yuan and made a good econ- omy. An effective method is provided for capacity planning of independent micro grid.
