GIS变电站二次设备端口电磁骚扰测量系统的研制及应用 被引量:5

摘要 在GIS变电站中,大量二次智能单元下放到本地汇控柜或者安装在GIS一次设备附近,例如:电子式互感器、合并单元、智能终端等测量监测设备。它们容易受到开关操作引起的瞬态骚扰电压影响而导致工作异常。为了制定相应的电磁兼容考核要求和防护措施,研究电磁兼容特性,需要通过测量掌握二次设备端口所受电磁骚扰电压特性,则需要满足特定要求的GIS变电站二次端口电磁骚扰测量系统。开关操作引起的二次设备端口瞬态骚扰电压的特点是:高频成分较多,分布在几兆赫至十几兆赫,最高可达上百兆赫;上升沿陡度大,可至数纳秒级;持续时间长,整个过程可达几百毫秒。文中使用基于阻容分压原理的高压探头,使用高速数字化仪为核心数据采集装置,研制了符合上述要求的测量系统。通过用高速数字化仪代替示波器、光纤控制远程通信和专业电磁屏蔽箱,使得该测量具有系统体积小、重量轻、抗电磁干扰能力强、易于携带且成本较低的特点。通过直流高压、方波、雷电波以及现场测量试验,验证该测量系统够测量单峰值30 kV以内,上升沿5 ns的瞬态电压。该测量系统已在某1 000 kV特高压GIS变电站得到了应用。 In GIS substations, the intelligent secondary devices for protection are located either in the local control cabinet or near the GIS pipes. The devices for measuring and monitoring, such as electronic transformers, merging units, intelligent terminals, may fail during the operation of disconnector(DS)switching operations. The characteristics of the port disturbance voltage are indispensable for enacting the immunity requirements and protection measures. The onsite measurement is the unique approach to master the characteristics of the disturbance voltage, which may include: lots of high frequency components, ranging from several MHz to tens of MHz, even up to one hundred MHz; a short rise-time about nanoseconds; a duration time of a few hundreds of milliseconds. In this paper, by using the high speed digitizer as an alternative of the oscilloscope, optical fiber communication and the technical shielding box, a novel measurement system is developed. This system characterizes a smaller bulk, a lighter weight, a cheaper cost, a portable device and stronger anti-electromagnetic-interference. A series of tests, including DC high voltage, square wave, surge wave, and onsite measurement have been carried out to evaluate the performance of the system. These tests show that the system has specifications with max peak voltage 30 kV, risetime 5 ns. The system has been applied to measure in a 1 000 kV GIS substation.
