小针刀经侧隐窝减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 引起腰椎管狭窄症原因较多,其中主要原因是侧隐窝狭窄,由于硬膜囊、神经根、脊髓被压迫,椎管径线缩短,引起腰痛或腰腿痛;主要症状:休息或静坐时无症状出现,行走、活动后下肢会出现麻木、疼痛等情况,病情严重者可能会无法行走。开放性的手术可以对侧隐窝进行减压治疗,但创面较大,形成瘢痕,造成对脊柱节段的不稳定性。小针刀经侧隐窝减压治疗腰椎狭窄症,形成的创面小,对患者的创伤小,疗效明显。本文观察了小针刀经侧隐窝减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效,报道如下。
