摘要
关系营销是一种旨在建立和管理企业各种“关系”的营销理论。在新的竞争环境条件下 ,我国企业要求得生存和发展 ,就必须注重保持顾客 ,努力造就大量忠诚顾客 ;必须理顺所面对的日益增多的、复杂的对象间的关系 ,保持良好的发展环境 ;必须与同一价值链内的不同企业构建良好的合作伙伴关系 ,因此 。
Relationship marketing is a marketing theory of establishing and managing enterprise's all kinds of relationships.In the new competitive conditions the enterprises in China should attract customers,and retain lots of faithful customers;they must keep going the increasing complex relationships;they must keep good development conditions;they must build favorable cooperative partner relationships in the same value chains.Conducting relationship marketing is the one and only choice.
