摘要
测绘档案是国家重要的信息资源,信息化监管是加强档案管护的重要手段。融合GIS、WebGIS、Skyline等技术,设计了山东省测绘档案综合管理服务平台,实现了测绘档案"进、管、出"一站式服务及全生命周期管理,满足了测绘档案分门别类的管理原则以及业务需求,提高了测绘档案管理的信息化程度及工作效率。
Surveying and mapping archives are important national information resources,information-based supervision is an effective means to strengthen the management and protection of surveying and mapping archives.This paper combines GIS,WebGIS,and Skyline together and designs an integrated management service platform of surveying and mapping archives in Shandong Province.It can realize one-stop service and life cycle management of surveying and mapping archives,meet the classification principles and business requirements of surveying and mapping archives,improve the management of surveying and mapping archives in informationization degree and work efficiency.
