摘要
为切实加强城市地下管线建设与管理,山东大学开展了地下管线基础信息普查工作,供热管线是这次普查的组成部分,普查数据的有效管理和使用成为急需解决的问题。基于插件技术,设计了B/S和C/S混合模式的供热管线地理信息系统,实现了数据库中管线数据的浏览、查询、统计、分析、编辑和更新等功能,对供热管线数据进行了有效管理,为供热管线和设施的日常管理、规划建设和事故应急提供了技术支持。
For improving the construction and management of urban underground pipeline,the government of Jinan City carries out the census of underground pipeline basic information.The heat supply pipeline is major part of the census and the management and utilization of the census data is a great problem to solve.This paper designs a heat supply pipeline geography information system of mixed mode of C/S and B/S based on plug-in technology.The system provides technical support to the daily management,planning and construction and accident or emergency solution by the functions of pipeline information such as browsing,inquiring,counting,analyzing,editing and updating and so on.
