摘要
为了改善某车型排气系统的尾管噪声和主观评价结果,对排气系统进行了2轮调音(声学优化)。首先对初始方案进行了测试,找出需要改进的转速和对应的频率,然后据此设计新的方案。接着,利用GT-Power软件对排气系统进行建模和传递损失分析,验证设计方案的传递损失在对应的频率是否有提升。最后,制作了样件,在车辆上进行了测试和主观评价。经过2轮调音,方案满足了主观评价的要求。
The tuning process to improve the tail pipe noise and subjective evaluation results of a vehicle is described. The test is done initially to locate the engine speed and the frequency of the problem. And then GT - Power is used to do the transmission loss simulation to verify whether the de- sign intent was satisfied or not. Prototype is prepared and tested later. After two round of tuning, the subjective evaluation requirements are fulfilled eventually.
