摘要
为了满足DCT变速器的开发试验需要,降低试验成本,基于DCT产品的最新测试需求自主开发了DCT总成测试台架。文章主要介绍了该台架测控系统的设计与开发,包括台架总体测控原理设计、硬件结构设计、软件控制系统设计、数据采集系统设计等几个部分,实现了台架自动化控制与运行需要。
In order to meet the development test needs of company~ DCT transmission and to reduce the test costs, the DCT assembly test bench is independently developed based on the latest test requirements of DCT products. The design and development of the monitoring and control system is mainly introduced, including the overall measurement and control principle of the platform, the hard- ware structure design, the software control system design, the data acquisition system design and so on. The requirements for the bench automation and control are realized.
