深海立管系统参数激励试验模拟装置设计 被引量:1

Design of Simulation Machine for Parametric Excitation Test of Marine Deep-sea Riser System

摘要 为了便于对深海立管系统参数振动进行研究,以及涡激-参激联合振动的研究得以展开,设计海洋立管参数激励装置。通过PLC控制2台双轴步进电机分别来模拟平台的垂荡和海水流过立管的相对运动,通过改变装置上主动杆和从动杆的连接部位来调节平台的垂荡振幅,绘制装置模型图、PLC控制流程图、I/O分配表、硬件接线图和装置逻辑图,基本实现平台的升沉频率为0.4 rad/s^1.6 rad/s,深沉幅度为0 m^2 m,海水的海面流速为0.1 m/s^1 m/s,满足试验条件。 In order to study the parametric vibration and the combined excitation and vortex induced vibration, the exciting device of the deep sea riser parameter is designed. The PLC controls two two-axle step motors to simulate heave of the platform and relative motion of sea water flowing through vertical tube. The heave amplitude of the platform is adjusted by changing the joint part of the main rod and the driven rod on the machine. The machine model diagram, the PLC control program, the I/O distribution diagram, the hardware connection chart and the machine logical diagram are drawn. It is basically realized that the platform heave is at 0.4 rad/s^1.6 rad/s, and the amplitude is between 0 m and 2 m, with the flow rate of the sea surface is 0.1 m/s ~ 1 m/s, which satisfies the experimental condition.
