摘要
为了探求我国城乡一体化发展与土地市场制度的关系,本文运用建立的向量自回归模型对之进行实证分析,得到两者存在正相关的关系,土地市场化水平的提高能够促进城乡一体化发展,城乡一体化能带动土地市场的发展;并且对城乡一体化总指标及各子指标与土地市场化水平进行格兰杰因果检验,得到城乡人均收入比、城乡恩格尔系数比等与土地市场制度存在诸多互为因果的关系,最后给出实证研究结论及政策含义。
In quest of the two-way interactive relationship of the integration of urban and rural development and land market system, this paper used the vector auto regression (VAR) model to empirical analysis, the author also came to a conclusion that there is a positive correlation between them, that is, urban-rural integration can drive the land market. And the deepening of the land market promote the development of urban and rural integration; Besides, making the granger causality test with the land market respectively and total index, index of urban-rural integration to get the caus- al relationship to the conclusion of urban and rural per capita income ratio, urban and rural Engel coefficient ratio and land market system, finally the empirical research conclusions and policy implications are given. This study has impor- tant theoretical and practical value.
