摘要
针对采煤机工作状态中发生的预警问题,设计了一种基于RS-485总线控制用语音报警器。主要介绍了STC89C52单片机和语音芯片ISD4004的SPI通信,TDA2009A驱动器的BTL桥式功放电路,并分析了获取语音芯片内部信息段地址的方法和恶劣电磁环境中RS-485接口电路。该警报器总线在实际使用中取得了较好的效果。
Aiming at the early warning problem in the working condition of shearer, designed a voice alarm system based on control bus RS-485. Introduced the SPI communication between STC89C52 and ISD400d, BTL bridge power amplifier circuit for TDA2009A driver. The method of acquiring the information of the internal segment of the voice chip and the RS-485 interface circuit in the harsh electromagnetic environment are analyzed. The alarm bus has been used in practice and achieved good results.
