摘要
为了研究木霉菌株对鸭茅植株生理生化指标的影响,试验将从鸭茅根际分离筛选获得的5株优良木霉促生菌株(M1、M2、HM、LM、LS)接种到鸭茅植株上,测定丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性及叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明:5株木霉菌株处理的鸭茅植株叶片及根部MDA含量均低于对照,降幅分别是12.20%~31.71%,24.35%~65.38%;叶片及根部CAT活性均高于对照,增幅分别为34.56%~81.39%,8.86%~255.70%;叶片及根部POD活性较对照均有不同程度提高,增幅分别为24.40%~140.98%,16.26%~149.83%;叶片及根部APX活性较对照也有不同程度提高,增幅分别为95.86%~300.04%,47.04%~205.54%;叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量增幅分别为5.98%~51.67%,3.42%~17.86%,12.98%~25.28%。说明木霉菌株能够提高鸭茅植株的抗性,从而促进鸭茅生长。
In order to study the effects of Trichoderma on plant physiological and biochemical indexes of Dactylis glomerata L. , isolated 5 excel- lent growth promoting strains of Trichoderma ( M1, M2, HM, LM, LS)from rhizosphere of Dactylis glomerata L. and inoculated into the Dactylis glomerata L. Plants. The contents of MDA, CAT activity, POD activity, APX activity and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and solu- ble protein were determined. The results showed that the contents of the five Trichoderma strains treated Dactylis glomerata L. and roots MDA were lower than the control group, the reduce ranges were 12.20%~ 31.71%, 24.35% ~ 65.38% ; the CAT activity of leaves and roots were higher than control group, rising ranges were 34.56% ~ 81.39%, 8.86% ~ 255.70% ; the POD activities of leaves and roots compared with the control group were improved, rising ranges were 24.40% ~140.98%, 16.26% ~ 149.83 % ; leaves and roots APX activities than the control group also improved to varying degrees, rising ranges were 95.86% ~ 300.04%, 24.40 ~ 140.98% ; the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein were increased of 5.98% ~ 51.67%, 3.42% ~ 17.86%, 47.04% ~ 205.54%. It was concluded that Tr/- choderma strains can improve the resistance of Dactylis glomerata L. plant, so as to promote the growth of Dactylis glomerata L.
