抗人手足口病药物的合成研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 手足口病是在东南亚,特别是在中国大规模频繁爆发的疾病,柯萨奇病毒A16型以及肠道病毒71型是引起感染的主要致病病原体,其中EV71感染不仅造成轻症病例,还能造成重症和死亡病例,也是在我国目前的主要致病原。目前我国已有EV71灭活疫苗上市,但疫苗本身存在一定程度风险且不能预防所有的手足口病。当前对于感染仅仅可以使用一些常用的广谱抗病毒药物进行支持性治疗。本文针对目前引起手足口病的EV71的小分子抑制剂的合成研究进展进行了综述,为治疗人手足口病的药物研发提供参考。 Human Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease( HFMD) has always outbroken frequently and extensively in Southeast Asia,especially in China. Coxasckie virus A16 and Enterovirus 71 are the major pathogens to cause HFMD. EV71 is the main pathogen which caused HFMD in our country currently,it could lead to mild to severe clinical symptoms,and even to death. Approved inactivated vaccine for prevention of EV71 has been available recently,however it could not prevent all HFMD,and there is also a certain degree of risk when the vaccine is used.Only some commonly used broad-spectrum antiviral drugs could be applied for the treatment of HFMD in clinical at present. This review focus on the progress in drug syntheses of small molecule inhibitors of HFMD caused by EV71,and provides the reference for the development of effective therapeutic drugs for HFMD.
