摘要
目的:探讨丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平对老年痴呆患者精神障碍症状治疗的临床效果。方法:选取门诊及住院收治的65例老年痴呆患者,并随机分为两组,对照组32例单纯奥氮平治疗,观察组33例采用丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗,两组患者连续治疗1个月,采用BEHAVE-AD精神症状评定量表对患者的精神症状评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的治疗有效率为90.9%,对照组为62.5%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的BEHAVE-AD精神症状评分均明显下降,且观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应的发生率为9.1%,对照组为6.3%,两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用丙戊酸钠联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆患者,能更好的缓解患者的精神障碍,疗效肯定。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine in treatment of mental disorders in senile dementia patients. Methods： 65 senile dementia patients visiting the outpatient and being hospitalized were randomly divided into two groups： 32 patients in the control group were treated with Olanzapine alone,while 33 cases of the observation group were treated with Sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine. The treatment lasted for a month. The BEHAVE-AD psychiatric symptom rating scale was used to assess the patients ＇ psychiatric symptoms,and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the observation group（ 90.9%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 62.5%）,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The BEHAVE-AD scores of the two groups decreased significantly,the observation group improved significantly than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction incidence rates of the observation group and the control group were 9.1% and 6.3%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Sodium valproate combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of the senile dementia patients can relief the mental disorders effectively with definite curative effects.
