摘要
稠油热采过程中经常发生生产套管破坏变形,最终导致套管升高、井口抬升,给海上热采井井口安全作业带来挑战。根据海上典型热采井井身结构和注热参数计算了生产套管伸长量范围,在此基础上研制了热采井井口升高控制装置,该装置由下法兰、热采阀门、悬挂器、采油树帽、隔热管短节等组成。室内测试试验结果表明,所研制的井口升高控制装置具有良好的密封性能,可满足海上热采井生产套管井口升高控制要求,从而保障海上热采井井口作业安全。
Failure deformation of production casing during heavy oil thermal recovery finally leads to casing elongation and wellhead uplift, threatening the wellhead safety of offshore thermal recovery wells. Based on the casing program and heat injection parameters of typical thermal recovery wells? the range of produc-tion casing elongation was calculated, and further more, a wellhead uplift control device was developed, which consists of a lower flange? a thermal valve? a hanger, a tree cap and a gut pup joint. The results of bench tests show that the control device has good sealing property. Control requirements of production casing elongation in offshore thermal recovery wells are met to guarantee the safe operations of wellhead of the offshore thermal recovery wells.
