摘要
海上油田开发一般采用多层合采方式,层间干扰严重,现有数值模拟软件得到的层间干扰系数与矿场产能测试结果差别较大。提出了考虑拟启动压力梯度确定层间干扰系数的油藏数值模拟方法。以渤海SZ稠油油藏为例,利用束缚水下油相驱替实验建立了SZ油藏拟启动压力梯度与储层流度的关系式;数值模拟时根据油藏非均质性情况设置平衡分区,利用THPRES关键字将两个不同平衡分区间的门限压力设置成拟启动压力(拟启动压力梯度乘以网格尺寸),实现了考虑拟启动压力梯度的数值模拟过程。实例应用结果表明,利用本文方法模拟所得层间干扰系数与产能测试结果吻合程度提高。本文方法在海上稠油油藏合理划分和调整开发层系中有较好的实用性。
Multilayer commingled production is generally applied to develop offshore oilfield, which causes serious interlayer interference. The interlayer interference coefficient obtained by current reservoir simula-tion software is different from field productivity test. A new method to determine interlayer interference coefficient is proposed by considering pseudo startup pressure gradient in reservoir simulation. Taking SZ heavy oil reservoir in Bohai oilfield as an example? the relationship between pseudo startup pressure gradi-ent and mobility is established by oil-water displacement experiment. The reservoir simulation considering pseudo startup pressure gradient is realized by firstly determining the equilibrium region of each grid ac-cording to the heterogeneity, and then setting the threshold pressure between two different equilibrium re-gions (the product of pseudo startup pressure gradient and grid size). Field application shows that inter-layer interference coefficient obtained by the method agrees with field productivity test. The method can be applied to the development layer division and adjustment.
