宪法及其教育法规、公共教育体系及政府宣传等载体形式所涉及的价值观教育是国民教育,特别是学校教育的根基,它有利地衔接了本国历史价值观和现代价值观,并确保了俄罗斯民族内核中的精华部分得以薪火相传。在底层设计中,教育部门给予了学校、教师更多的教育自主权,允许其在大纲范围内创新性地开展课堂及课外教学。
The values involved in the form of the constitution and its educational regulations,public education systems,and government propaganda are the foundation of national education,especially school education,which converges its historical values and modern values. In the bottom of the design,the education sector has given more autonomous rights to schools and teachers,allowing it to make innovative classroom and extracurricular teaching within the scope of outline.
