摘要
目的探究并分析乳酸依沙吖啶溶液对糖尿病坏疽创面愈合的影响及对其进行护理体会的总结 . 方法 将 2014 年 8 月-2015年 8 月于本院接受治疗的 8 0例糖尿病坏疽患者选取为观察研究的对象,并按其治疗方法与相应的护理方法 的不同将其均分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以常规治疗与护理,观察组在对照组的基础上予以乳酸依沙吖啶溶液治疗与 相对应的护理,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果以及护理期间的不良反应发生情况.结果 对照组的总有效率（ 75. 0 0% ）明 显低于观察组（ 97. 50%）,且其不良反应的发生率（ 40. 0 0% ）高于观察组（ 12. 5 0% ）,两组指标之间的比较差距均较大 （P〈0. 05）,具有统计学意义.结论在常规的治疗以及护理上加予乳酸依沙吖啶溶液的治疗以及相应的护理,不仅可以有 效地促进糖尿病坏疽患者的创面达到愈合的状态,而且降低不良反应的发生情况,提高患者的生存质量以及生活质量,值得 临床做进一步推广与研究,
Objective To investigate the effect and nursing experience of ethacridine lactate solution on the wound heal-ing of diabetic gangrene. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic gangrene from August 2014 to August 2015 were divided into the control group and observation group according to the treatment and nursing method. The control group was treated with routine treatment and care. The treatment group received ethacridine lactate solution and the corresponding care. The effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group （75. 00% vs 97. 50% , P〈C〇 . 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that of the observation group （40. 00% vs 12. 50% , P〈C0. 05） , Conclusion On the basic of routine treatment and care, ethacridine lactate solution combined with corresponding nursing can effectively promote the wound healing of diabetic gangrene patients？ reduce the incidence of adverse reactions？ and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
