摘要
基于传统绿篱修剪的技术,绿动力绿篱机是一款新增传送带收集输送技术、旋转刀具粉碎技术、斜坡排放口技术和电控控制技术等四大核心技术组成的一种集修剪、收集、粉碎和排放为一体的多功能绿篱修剪装置。本装置采用了电机作为驱动,修剪结构采用可移动更换刀具的方式来实现修剪的多样化,打碎装置则由传送带将修剪后残枝传送合适位置并粉碎,后排入土壤中。本装置不仅有无线控制模块,还设计了手推机构,实现了无人上机操作和人工手动修剪的功能,解决了传统修剪机的缺陷并更加智能化。同时本装置十分安全且减少了污染,能达到绿色安全、节能环保的目的。
