摘要
共享经济在当今无疑是最热门的一种经济形势,也必将是未来经济发展的趋势。共享经济依托于互联网平台发展崛起,是"互联网+"的产物,即互联网加经济的成果。PPP投融资,是一种政府与社会资本合作参与公共基础设施建设的投资经营方式,政府与社会资本的合作,可以提高政府监督和管理的积极性,避免因仅靠社会资本的大量投入而缺乏监管所造成的社会资本的浪费。当公共交通与互联网共享经济结合,在改变我们出行方式的同时,也必然会产生很多新领域的问题,这类问题需要靠法律制度来规范。
Sharing economy is undoubtedly future economic development.The sharing the most popular economic situation today, and it is also bound to be the trend of economy relies on the rise of Internet platform,which is the product of ＂Internet plus＂,the result of Internet plus economy.PPP financing is a kind of government and social capital to participate in the investment mode of operation of public infrastructure, government and social capital cooperation can improve the enthusiasm of the government＇s supervision and management, avoid because a lot of social capital alone into the waste caused by the lack of regulation of social capital.When the combination of public transport and Internet sharing economy changes the way we travel, there will inevitably be problems in many new areas. Such problems need to be regulated by the legal system.
