摘要
为了解决传统聚丙烯塑料涂料底漆(PP水)与色漆层经常出现的层间附着力不佳的问题,制备了一种新型的丙烯酸改性氯化聚丙烯树脂。采用该树脂制备了聚丙烯塑料涂料底漆,解决了聚丙烯塑料涂料底漆和色漆间层间附着力不佳的问题。本研究分别对所制备的丙烯酸改性氯化聚丙烯树脂的结构和相对分子质量进行了表征;对所制备的改性树脂在涂层体系中所起的作用进行了分析;对所制备的复合涂层性能进行了表征。
In order to solve the poor adhesion between the traditional polypropylene plasticprimer and basecoat, a novel acrylate modified chlorinated polypropylene resin has been preparedand is further used to prepare a polypropylene plastic primer. In this article, the structure andmolecular weight of the prepared acrylate modified chlorinated polypropylene resin are characterized.In addition, the function of the resin in coating system is analyzed. The properties of the compositecoating are characterized.
