摘要
目的探究阿托伐他汀联合丹参多酚治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压患者的效果。方法在我院于2013年2月~2016年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压患者中选出100例随机分组,对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀口服,观察组患者在此基础上加用丹参多酚静滴治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果指标。结果观察组患者治疗后的PaCO_2低于对照组,PaO_2高于对照组,P<0.05;在SaO_2值上两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的6min步行距离更长,且PASP低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论阿托伐他汀与丹参多酚联合用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压治疗中疗效确切,有助于促进患者临床症状体征缓解,降低肺动脉压力,提高运动耐量,改善患者心肺功能,提高生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efect of Atorvastatin Combined with Danshen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 100 patients with COPD and pulmonary hypertension cured in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with Atorvastatin oral administration,and patients in observation group were treated with radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae polyphenols intravenous drip on the basis of control group.Therapeutic effect index of the two groups were compared. Results The PaCO2 in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and PaO2 was higher than that in the control group,P 〈 0.05.On the SaO2 value,the difference between the two groups was not obvious（P 〉 O.05）.The 6min walking distance after treatment of the patients in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and PASP was lower than that in the control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin and Danshen polyphenols is effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary hypertension.It can promote the clinical symptoms and signs of patients to ease,reduce the pulmonary artery pressure,improve exercise tolerance, improve the heart and lung function,and improve the quality of life.It is worth promoting.
