摘要
目的探讨对老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者实施厄贝沙坦与钙离子拮抗剂联合治疗的方法、临床效果及对肾功能的保护作用。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月我院收治的老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者60例,随机均分成观察组和对照组两组,分别实施厄贝沙坦联合钙离子拮抗剂治疗及单纯厄贝沙坦治疗,对其治疗效果进行观察比较。结果观察组患者在血糖恢复情况,血压恢复情况、肾功能指标恢复情况及治疗有效率(96.67%;76.67%)的比较结果上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者实施厄贝沙坦与钙离子拮抗剂联合治疗的疗效显著,且不影响患者的肾功能,值得临床进行推广。
Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of irbesartan and calcium antagonists in treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy hypertension and its protection of renal function. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,60 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients were treated with irbesartan combined with calcium antagonist treatment and simple irbesartan treatment, espectively.The treatment effect was observed and compared. Results The blood sugar,blood pressure recovery,index of recovery and treatment of renal function efficiently（96.67%;76.67%） of the comparison results in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, there was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of irbesartan and calcium antagonists in treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy hypertension is distinct.It shall not affect the patient＇s kidney function,and it is worth clinical promotion.
