摘要
目的探究高血压伴阵发性心房颤动患者通过替米沙坦与胺碘酮联合治疗后取得的临床价值。方法选取我院2014年1月~2016年6月入院的高血压伴阵发性心房颤动患者68例,依随机分组标准分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例)。对照组患者治疗方法为胺碘酮治疗,观察组患者治疗方法为替米沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗。从临床治疗有效率、心房颤动复发率、不良反应发生情况及生存质量状况三方面入手,针对相关内容进行分析。结果对照组治疗总有效率(76.47%)低于观察组(94.12%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后复发率情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.82%与对照组的5.88%相比差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);在生存质量方面,观察组患者各项指标得分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论高血压伴阵发性心房颤动患者通过替米沙坦与胺碘酮联合治疗后取得的临床成效显著,在提高治疗效果的同时,使心房颤动复发率明显降低,患者生存质量显著改善,且不良反应发生率较低,值得在临床予以推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of combination therapy with telmisartan and amiodarone in patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods 68 patients with high blood pressure and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled and divided into observation group（n=34） and control group（n=34） according to random satandard.Patients in control group were treated with amiodarone,and patients in observation group were treated with telmisartan combined with amiodarone.From the clinical treatment efficiency,recurrence of atrial fibrillation,adverse events and quality of life of three aspects of the situation,the relevant content was analyzed. Results The total effective rate（76.47%）in the control group was lower than that in the observation group（94.12%）（P 〈 0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of telmisartan combined with amiodarone in patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is significant.The recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation is significantly reduced,and the quality of life is improved significantly.The incidence of adverse reactions is low.It is worth to be applied in clinical practice.
