摘要
目的探讨自拟健脾清热散结汤对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的治疗效果。方法于我院2015年1月~2016年4月收治的肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿中,选择74例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组37例,对照组37例。对照组患儿接受常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟健脾清热散结汤,对两组治疗效果、治疗前后肠系膜淋巴结大小、体征恢复时间进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.89%,与对照组72.97%相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿肠系膜淋巴结大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后肠系膜淋巴结纵径、横径、纵横比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿体征恢复正常时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾清热散结汤佐治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎效果满意,可缩短症状及体征恢复时间,有利于病情快速缓解,具有一定推广价值。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic value of self-made Jianpi Qingre Sanjie decoction for mesenteric lymphadenitis in children. Methods Selected 74 cases with mesenteric lymphadenitis from January 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(37 cases) and the control group(37 cases). The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Qingre Sanjie decoction based on conventional therapy. The clinical efficacy,mesenteric lymph node size before and after treatment and physical recovery time between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, compared with 72.97% in the control group, which was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Before the treatment, there was no obvious difference in mesenteric lymph node size between two groups (P 〉 0.05); After treatment, mesenteric lymph nodes and longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and aspect ratio of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The physical recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Self-made Jianpi Qingre Sanjie decoction for mesenteric lymphadenitis in children shows good clinical efficacy. It can shorten the recovery time of symptoms and signs, and is beneficial to the rapid remission of the disease, worthy of clinical promotion.
