摘要
借助ABAQUS有限元软件对齿轮在加载时的应力分布情况进行仿真模拟,并由此预测出齿轮发生断裂的位置。同时,借助于SEM对断齿进行失效分析,探究了齿轮断裂失效的过程和机理。
The stress distribution on gear on loading was simulated by ABAQUS. Then, the location of fracture for gear was predicted. Simultaneously, the failure analysis of fracture gear was analyzed by SEM. The process and failure mechanism of fractured gear were explored.
