直接超滤工艺处理微污染水库水的工程实践 被引量:6

摘要 通过直接超滤工艺处理微污染水库水的工程案例,从出水水质、长期稳定运行效果和投资运行成本三方面分析了直接超滤工艺在饮水工程中的应用效能。结果表明,针对微污染的水源水,经直接超滤工艺处理后,出水水质可稳定达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求,出水的微生物安全性得到了有效保障;另外,长期在15 L/(m^2·h)以下的低通量工况下运行有利于延缓膜污染;日常物理反冲洗和定期化学清洗,能保证直接超滤净水系统的长效稳定运行;该工艺的制水成本为0.285元/m^3,适宜在农村地区推广应用。 The direct uhrafihration process was adopted to treat lightly polluted reservoir water. The effluent water quality, operational stability and treatment cost were analyzed. The results showed that the effluent water quality could completely satisfy the requirements in the Standards for Drinking Water Quality ( GB 5749 - 2006). Microbial safety of the effluent could also be guaranteed. Low water flux of less than 15 L/( m2 · h) was helpful to alleviate membrane fouling. The long-term stable operation of the process could be achieved through regular backwashing combined with chemical cleaning. The evaluated total cost of the process was 0.285 yuan/m3. The direct uhrafihration process is suitable for the drinking water treatment in rural areas.
