摘要
方肩铣刀具有较高的金属去除率,是铣削加工中最常用的刀具之一。但是方肩铣刀用于铣削封闭型腔时,若进刀选取不当,会造成加工效率低、加工残留、顶刀等问题。通过研究方肩铣刀的进刀方式和进刀参数,为合理选取进刀提供依据。
Square shoulder milling cutter is a commonly used tool with higher metal removal rate. But if selecting an unreasonable feed mode of square shoulder milling cutter in processing closed cavity would cause lower processing efficiency,cutting residue,cutter bumping,etc. By studying on the feed mode and feed parameters of square shoulder milling cutter,provide basis for reasonable selection of tool feed.
