摘要
在简述钻削毛刺产生原因的基础上,着重分析二重顶角、分屑槽和圆弧刃这3种基本结构形式对于减少钻削毛刺的积极作用、有关参数的确定方法及刃磨要点等,随后横向比较了这3种结构,并简析钻头结构的复合化与实用化问题。
The positive roles of double apex angle,chip-split groove and arc-edge in reducing drilling burr are analyzed respectively on the basis of the formation cause of the drilling burr,and the basis of parameter determination of each structure and the key grinding methods,along with the comparison across the three different structures and its compound and practical application from now on.
