摘要
根据航天工业需要,设计了国内首台栅极液压成型专用设备。该设备由机械系统、液压系统和控制系统组成。该设备的成功研制,满足了航天使用栅极成型的工艺要求,实现了栅极成型的自动化生产,为栅极成型工艺提供更加直观的数据,为工艺的进一步优化提供设备保障。经实验验证,该设备工作可靠,满足生产要求。
According to the needs of the aerospace industry,the first grid hydraulic molding equipment was designed. The equipment is composed of mechanical system,hydraulic system and control system. The successful development of the equipment meets the requirements of the grid forming technology,realize the automatic production of grid forming,providing more intuitive data for grid forming process. It provides equipment support for further optimization of the process. Experimental results show that the equipment works reliably and meets the production requirements.
