摘要
目前越来越多的电力设备开始尝试新的绝缘介质来替代传统纤维素绝缘纸和新型绝缘油组成的绝缘结构。Nomex绝缘纸由于具有良好的机械性能和电气性能,在相对较高的温度长期运行而不影响其绝缘性能而受到关注,但是对于Nomex绝缘纸和传统纤维素绝缘纸在KI50X绝缘油中的空间电荷特性研究较少。为此通过电声脉冲法对比研究了Nomex绝缘纸和传统纤维素绝缘纸的空间电荷的积聚和消散特性,结果表明:在相同的电场强度下,Nomex绝缘纸内部空间电荷的注入量明显低于Kraft绝缘纸;随着电场强度越高,Kraft绝缘纸内部空间电荷积聚越明显,而在任何电场强度下,Kraft绝缘纸内部的空间电荷偏移都更加明显;Kraft绝缘纸比Nomex绝缘纸更容易发生空间电荷积聚;Kraft绝缘纸的电荷消散速率和迁移率大于Nomex绝缘纸。
New insulation dielectrics in more and more electrical devices are used in insulation system which consists of ordinary cellulose insulation paper and mineral oil.Nomex insulation paper has good mechanical properties and electrical properties,which can sustain the insulation properties under the circumstances of comparatively high temperature.The research of Nomex insulation paper,especially the research of space charge characteristics of Nomex insulation paper and conditional cellulose paper with a new kind of insulation oil,is comparatively few.Consequently,we comparatively studied the space charge accumulation and dissipation characteristics of Nomex insulation paper and conditional cellulose paper by using pulsed electro-acoustic(PEA)method.The results show that,under the same electric field intensity,the pace charge injection inside the Nomex insulation paper is significantly lower than that of the Kraft insulation paper.The higher the electric field strength is,the more obvious the space charge accumulation inside Kraft insulation paper is.In any electric field strength,the space charge migration insulation inside Kraft paper is more obvious.Space charge accumulation is easier to appear inside the Kraft insulation paper than the Nomex insulation paper.Charge dissipation rate and migration rate of the Kraft insulation paper are both greater than those of the Nomex insulation paper.
