摘要
2016年芬兰新一轮国家核心课程改革全面展开,此次改革以学生横贯能力的培养为重点。横贯能力既是培养学生跨学科融合能力的一种价值取向,又具体体现为思考与学会学习的能力,文化、交流与表达的能力等七大具体通用能力。本文描述了芬兰此次改革的背景、横贯能力的具体含义及其在实施层面的现象教学、社区化学校等具体措施和包班制教学等保障机制;最后结合我国基础教育实际提出了在人才培养取向和具体实施层面的两点启示。
In 2016, the new reform of national core curriculum in Finland has been launched roundly,focusing on the cultivation of students' transverse competences.Transverse competence is not only a value orientation of cultivating students' interdisciplinary ability, but also embodies seven concrete currency competences.Such as the ability of thinking and learning, and the ability of culture,communication and expression.This paper described the background of this reform,the specific meaning of transverse competences and some concrete practical measures,such as the teaching by phenomenon, community schools,Self- contained classes and so on.finally, based on the actual situation of China's basic education, this paper puts forward two lessons about the orientation of personnel training and the concrete practical measures.
