摘要
教师敬业度是学校核心竞争力提升的关键所在,对学校的发展有着重要影响。本文在定义教师敬业度的基础上,分析和研究影响高职院校教师敬业度的三类主要因素:组织认同、职业认同和自我认同。在此基础上,有针对性地对高职院校教师敬业度的提升提出了相应对策,以期提高其敬业度,更好为学校发展作贡献。
Teacher engagement is the key to enhance the core competitiveness of the school, which has an important impact on its development. Based on the definition of teacher engagement, this paper analyzes and studies the three main factors that influence higher vocational college teachers' engagement: organizational identification, professional identity and personal factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the teachers' professional engagement in higher vocational colleges in order to im- prove their engagement and contribute to the development of colleges.
