摘要
西山德威矿业晟聚煤矿28105综采工作面回采期间遇到陷落柱,导致工作面漏顶、片帮严重,迟滞了工作面的推进速度,同时也严重威胁到工作面的安全生产。针对该矿工作面陷落柱的特征,设计了合理的注浆方案来加固陷落柱影响范围内的破碎围岩,使得围岩强度得以显著提高,从而确保了工作面顺利通过了该段地质构造区域,取得了较好的经济效益。
In the period of coal winning on 28105 fully-mechanized working face of Shengju Coal Mine of Xishan Dewei Mining Management Ltd.,collapse column appeared,which leads to work face roof leakage, serious spalling, and slow down the driving speed of working face, and seriously threatened the safe production of working face. Therefore, in view of features of collapse column on working face , Reasonable grouting scheme was designed to reinforce the fractured surrounding rock in the influencing scope of collapse column , which has significantly improved the rock strength in the influencing scope, so as to ensure the work smoothly passing through the regional geology structure, and has achieved good economic benefits.
