摘要
选用尿素和丙烯酸为主要原料,利用溶液聚合方法制备出高吸水土壤保墒材料,通过正交试验探讨合成保墒材料的最佳工艺,主要研究了保墒剂的吸水及保水能力。结果表明:当引发剂用量为0.5%、交联剂用量为0.02%、尿素用量为11g、中和度为70%、共聚时间为0h、交联时间为3.5h、反应温度为50℃,烘干温度60℃时,制备的保墒剂吸水倍率最大可达406g/g,12h可吸水饱和,土壤保水能力达22d,具有反复吸水功能。
Used the urea and acrylic acid as main materials,soil water absorbent was synthesized by solution copolymerization.Through the orthogonal experiment to explore the best synthetic technology of soil conservaton materials,the water absorbing capacity and water retaining capacity of soil water absorbent were mainly researched.The results showed that the feasible conditions for solution copolymerization were as follows:the initiator dosage was 0.5%,the crosslinker was 0.02%,the urea was 11 g,the neutralization degree of AA was 70%,the reaction temperature was 50℃ and drying temperature was 60℃.The water absorbing capacity of soil water absorbent was 406g/g for water.12 hshoud water saturation,soil water retaining capacity of 22 d,the soil water absorbent could be used repeatedly.
