摘要
我国老年人数字庞大,老龄化形势严峻,空巢老人已经成为一个值得关注的特殊群体。他们除了要承受独居带来的精神健康问题,还要面临自己的生老病死以及养老困难等一系列现实的处境。做好精神关爱工作,提高老人的精神文化生活质量势在必行。在概述我国城市空巢老人现状、精神关爱的内涵和意义基础上,分析了其精神关爱缺失的困境及原因,从五个方面提出了有效的解决对策。
The elderly population in China is large, the aging situation is severe, and the empty nesters have become a special group to pay attention to. In addition to the mental health problems associated with living alone, they also face a series of realistic situations, including their own life and death and the dif- ficulty of the elderly. It is imperative to do a good job in mental and caring work and improve the quali- ty of the old people＇s spiritual and cultural life. Overview the present situation of the urban empty-nesters, based on the connotation and meaning of mental care, analyses the difficulties of lack of useful mental care and reason, put forward the effective countermeasures from five aspects.
