摘要
随着我国船舶行业不断进入欧洲市场,在实现从量到质飞跃的同时,对船舶安全生产工作也提出了更高的要求。安全教育培训是安全生产工作的根本出发点,新形势下船舶建造行业应不断提高安全意识,加大企业的安全智力投资,提高员工的安全操作技能,探索安全教育培训工作的新思路、新方法,推进船舶企业安全生产工作持续健康发展。
As China＇s shipbuilding industry continues to enter the European market, a leap from quantity to quality has been achieved and the higher requirements have been put forward for the safe production work of shipbuilding. Safety education and training is the fundamental starting point of safe production work, under new situation, the shipbuilding industry should continuously improve safety consciousness, increase the safety inteUectual investment of the enterprise, improve the safety operation skills of the staff and explore new ideas and methods of safety education and training in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the safe production work of the shipbuilding enterprises.
