摘要 以对饭店金钥匙服务与标准化服务关系的分析为主题,列举金钥匙服务与标准化服务的起源、发展、内涵和理念,分析了二者的区别与联系,提出正确处理饭店金钥匙服务与标准化服务关系的基本原则:一方面以标准化服务为前提,完善金钥匙服务;另一方面,把握好金钥匙服务与标准化服务之间的辩证关系,吸收标准化服务的优点。适时使金钥匙服务标准化,以提高饭店的经济效益和社会效益,最终使其在竞争中立于不败之地。 Taking the analyses of relationship between hotel golden key service and standardized service as the theme, the paper lists the origin, development, connotation and concept of golden key service and standardized service. At same time, this paper also analyzes the differences and relations between them, then comes up with the basic principle of the relationship treatment between golden key service and standardized service. On one hand, hotels should regard the standardized service as the prerequisite and perfect their golden key service; On the other hand, hotels should grasp the dialectical relationship between hotel golden key service and standardized service, absorb the advantages of standardized services, and timely standardize the golden key service, which aims at improving the economic benefits and social benefits of hotel, and ultimately making it in an invincible position in the competition.
