摘要
与城市不同,天然气乡镇利用市场的单个体量小,用户数量和用气规模经济有限,必须考虑选用不同于城市的燃气供应方式。基于陕西省"气化乡镇"的发展战略,从经济性角度研究了适合陕西省乡镇这类小型城市燃气市场的供气方式,并提出了"气化乡镇"的思路。研究认为,乡镇气化应因地制宜采用CNG或LNG供气方式,应争取地方政府政策支持。
Unlike cities, the villages and towns have a small scale of natural gas utilization market, with number of users and gas use scale economy limited, so we must consider the selection of gas supply methods different from cities. Based on the strategy of'gas utilization and development in villages and towns'of Shaanxi, the gas supply method suitable for the gas market in towns and villages of Shaanxi is researched from the economic perspective, and the practical ideas are proposed as well. According to the research,CNG or LNG should be selected as the gas supply method according to the local condition, and it is required to strive for the policy support of the local government.
