摘要
国际经贸规则的重构要求国家提高对自贸区建设的重视,加快自贸区建设与发展刻不容缓。文章将自贸区发展战略与＂一带一路＂相结合,面对国际自贸区发展的新趋势,对我国自贸区建设面临的挑战与＂一带一路＂为其带来的新机遇进行分析。为此,文章提出与＂一带一路＂相结合,进行自贸区网络的构建;坚持制度创新,辅之一定的政策优惠;制定仲裁规则,解决仲裁纠纷;打破行政藩篱,构建区域引擎;统筹总体利益,扩大产业开放等自贸区发展战略与对策,在推进＂一带一路＂建设的同时加速我国自贸区的建设与发展。
The reconstruction of international trade rules requires that we should pay more attention to the construction of free trade zones. This paper combined free trade zone development with ＂the Belt and Road＂ under the new trends of international situation, then it analyzes the challenges for the construction of free trade zone in China. Relevant suggestions are put forward： to construct the network of free trade zone; adhere to the system innovation by certain preferential policies; to formulate arbitration rules to settle arbitration disputes; break administrative barriers and build regional engines; make the development strategy and countermeasure of the development of the free trade area, expand the opening of the industry, accelerate the construction and development of China＇s free trade area while promoting the construction of ＂the Belt and Road＂.
