摘要
目的探讨中药复方皮炎冲剂治疗血热型面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取120例面部激素依赖性皮炎(血热型)患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。试验组给予皮炎冲剂治疗,对照组给予氯雷他定片。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及中医证候评分情况。结果两组患者治疗后,试验组总有效率为89.09%,对照组为55.56%,说明试验组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前显著改善,且试验组积分改善情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮炎冲剂治疗血热型面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效稳定、安全、有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of compound piyan instant granules on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis of blood heat type. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis of blood heat type were randomized into a trial group and a control group,60 cases in each one. In the trial group,the piyan instant granules were used. In the control group,loratadine tablets were used. The clinical therapeutic effects and TCM symptom score were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 89. 09% in the trial group and was 55. 56% in the control group,the result in the trial group was better than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. After treatment,TCM symptom score was improved significantly as compared with that before treatment in the two groups. The improvement in the trial group was apparently better than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of piyan instant granules are stable,safe and effective for facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. The medicine deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
