基于ANSYS软件的三维裂纹实体建模方法 被引量:10

摘要 为了解决三维裂纹建模因需要体现裂纹前沿处裂纹尖端的应力奇异性而呈现的复杂性问题,给出采用基于ANSYS软件的实体建模法创建三维椭圆形裂纹有限元模型的详细步骤,并利用基于ANSYS软件的实体建模方法,建立中心表面裂纹、孔边角裂纹、穿透裂纹模型;通过算例,比较三维穿透裂纹采用基于ANSYS软件的实体建模法与逐节点直接建模法所得到的裂纹尖端应力强度因子值。结果表明:基于ANSYS软件的实体建模法具有足够的应力强度因子求解精度,验证了实体建模法求解应力强度因子的可靠性;该三维裂纹模型创建方法仅通过修改建模命令流中的部分参数即可生成裂纹尺寸不同的裂纹模型。 To solve the complexity of a three-dimensional crack model due to the need to reflect the stress singularity of crack tip along the crack front, detail procedures of modeling elliptic three-dimensional crack by using the solid modeling method based on the ANSYS software was introduced. The center surface crack, comer crack at hole, and straight through the crack were generated by using the introduced solid modeling method based on the ANSYS software. Through an example, the stress intensity factor of crack tip of three-dimensional straight through the crack building by using the in- troduced solid modeling method based on the ANSYS software was compared with that of node by node directing modeling method. The results show that the solid modeling method based on the ANSYS software has enough high precision for the solution of the stress intensity factor, which verifies the reliability of the stress intensity factor solved by using the intr- dueed solid modeling method. By using the three-dimensional crack modeling method, crack models with different sizes of cracks can be generated only by modifying part parameters in the modeling command stream.
