摘要
分析了某腈纶厂回收装置离心机设备属性及物料的生产控制对分离效果的影响,阐述了从工艺、设备2个方面改善离心机的分离效果,减少硫氰酸钠的损耗,收到了理想的改进效果。
This paper analyzed the influence of the equipment attribute of the centrifugal machine of the recovery unit in an acrylic fiber plant and the production control of materials on the separating effect, and emphatically discussed how to proceed with the 2 aspects of process and equipment, how to improve the separating effect of the centrifugal machine to reduce the loss of sodium thiocyanate. The result showed that, reducing the differential rotation speed of centrifugal machine drum and screw propeller, controlling rational seed crystal concentration, ensuring sodium sulfate crystallization; properly adjusting the load of the centrifugal machine and properly controlling the content of sodium sulfate in the bottom of subsider will be favorable to improve the separation effect of the centrifugal machine.
