摘要
某顺丁橡胶装置热泵机组调试过程中吸收器封头外漏,蒸发器与发生器气相量不均衡。通过对吸收器封头、气相出口管路的改造,解决了该技术问题,投产后机组运行稳定,制热效果良好。
During commissioning, the absorber heads of a butadiene rubber plant had outleakage, the gas phase quantity of evaporator and generator was unbalanced. Through transformation of absorber heads and gas phase outlet pipelines, the above problems were solved, and the pump units operated stably and had good heating effect.
