摘要
阐述了某石化公司线性装置生产线性聚乙烯薄膜用树脂(牌号为7042)的生产原料、操作条件、质量改进及生产情况。经实际生产和分析,说明在工艺上杜绝过度料回掺,提高催化剂活性,优化添加剂配方,固化生产操作条件等措施,可有效提高薄膜用树脂产品质量,满足用户要求。
This paper discussed the production materials, operating condition, quality improvement and production situation of the LLDPE plant of a petrochemical company in the production of the resin （grade is 7042） used for LLDPE film, explained in terms of process that the measures such as avoiding excessive back blending, increasing catalyst activity, optimizing additive recipe, and solidifying production operation condition can effectively improve the quality of the resin product used for film and meet user requirement.
