摘要
我国拥有丰富的农作物秸秆资源,通过微贮技术处理秸秆饲料,对节粮型畜牧业的发展具有重要意义。本文就农作物秸秆的利用现状、微贮技术及不同发酵剂对秸秆微贮饲料的营养价值及品质影响进行综述,同时,就复合型发酵剂在秸秆微贮饲料上应用的趋势进行了展望。
China is a country riched in crop straw resources.Through the technology of microbial treatment to deal with straw feed has important significance for the development of grain-saving graziery.This article reviewed the present situation of straw resources,the technology of microbial treatment and the effect of different ferment to straw microbial silage's nutritional value and quality.At the same time,it looked forward to the future trend of application of complex ferment in straw microbial silage.
